Synopsis:

Review:
Distractions is an edgy love story
full of suspense. Usually when I thought I had the story figured out…BAM! There
is absolutely no way I could have predicted what was going to happen with this
read. Distractions kept attention, and there was so much in the storyline that
was only partially told and god knows I wanted to know it all. I literally didn’t
want to miss a thing!!!
Violet has led a very colorful life
that has left her jaded. Will she ever be able to get past her trust issues?
Shepard is her younger violin playing next door neighbor, he's always there for
her. Connor is Violet's past, but will he stay that way?? You will definitely
want to get to know Shepard and Connor ;-)
If you are looking for a book that
offers so much more than a romance, Distractions by J.L. Brooks is it! This
nail-biting, edgy, and absolutely sexy read will have your mind racing.
